Seller Services Satisfaction Guarantee
I, Stacy Brown, offer Satisfaction Guaranteed
on the performance of my real estate services as an individual
agent. If, for any reason, you do not feel I have earned my
commission in my work on your behalf, I will refund 100% of
the commission paid to me by my brokerage company. I do not
guarantee the performance of any other agents’ service
and in no way offer to refund any part of any commissions paid
to them. To clarify, I guarantee my performance and promise
to refund only the money that I actually receive from my brokerage
company from your transaction. This will usually amount to only
25% of the total commissions you paid. It represents 100%
of the commissions I would normally earn working on your behalf.”
To receive a refund you must submit a refund request in writing
along with a brief explanation of why you feel I did not earn
my commission. This request must be delivered to my office within
three working days of the close of your transaction either in
person or by certified mail.
